The cooking classes begin with an introduction to the history of Greek cuisine.
Next, participants split into teams of two, with each team working on 2-3 dishes.
A course takes place with a minimum of 4 participants. If more than 4 people attend, the group will be divided into two teams.
At the end of the class, all the dishes are placed on the table, and everyone comes together to enjoy a shared meal!
