Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Changing Your Plans? No Problem!
If you need to cancel your class and let us know more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll be happy to issue you a full refund.

How Refunds Work
Once approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for it to appear on your account.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If something comes up and you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund at that point. We appreciate your understanding.

Need to Reschedule?
Life happens! You’re welcome to request a reschedule up to 24 hours before your class — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, based on availability.

If You Can’t Make It
If you miss the class without notice (a “no-show”), we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you know you can’t make it, please just drop us a message — that way, we can offer your spot to someone else.

In Case We Need to Cancel
On the rare occasion that we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — whichever you prefer.
